As Lebron James continues to rack up awards and championships the comparisons to Michael Jordan continue to grow louder. Although Lebron is a great player in his own-right it is still unfair and way too early to compare him to the greatest player that has ever played the game. While it is way to early to make an argument for Lebron James being the greatest player of all time one realistic goal that James can accomplish at the end of next season is to become the greatest small forward to ever play the game. As of now many experts believe that Larry Bird is the greatest small forward to play the game and slightly ahead of James however if Lebron is hoisting a third Larry O'brien trophy at the end of the season it is almost impossible for someone to argue against him even though he would only be 29 years old. Lets take a closer look at their careers.
